PATH TO POWER ~ RUN FOR OFFICE
Updated On: Jan 14, 2020

Hi Friends,

Happy New Year!

Today’s the first day of Session in Olympia, and because of all the work you all did last year we’re looking at an even larger pro-worker majority in both chambers. I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead to win even more gains for Washington’s Working Families.

The application for Path to Power is live and can be found here, https://tinyurl.com/y8jahpxz . This year’s training will take place from March 13 – March 15 at the IUPAT DC 5 Hall in South Seattle. More details can be found in the attached flyer.

In preparation for our Labor Neighbor 2019 efforts, as folks are looking towards recruitment and endorsements of pro-worker candidates, we have a spreadsheet to help us coordinate our efforts. The spreadsheet has tabs for the cities where we are looking to run candidates for City Councils, Commission, etc. as well as additional tabs for Fire Districts, Hospital Districts, and School Board. You all received an invite to edit the spreadsheet on 11/16/18, if you need another invite please let me know.

Talk to you all soon.

In Solidarity,
