At the May 7th, 2025 meeting of the Southwest Washington Central Labor Council the Delegates voted to send a letter to Clark County Prosecuting Attorney Tony Golik encouraging him to pursue charges against Rotschy, Inc.

As you may be aware, the Washington Department of Labor & Industries is seeking criminal charges against Rotschy after a 16-year-old employee lost both legs on the job in 2023. L&I has asked the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office to investigate and prosecute the contractor.

The letter, signed by SWWACLC Secretary Treasurer Kevin Lux, is attached below.
