**Updated - A tentative agreement has been reached, and the Kaiser Strike has been called of! Congratulations to OFNHP and all the unions who stood strong against Kaiser!**

As you've no doubt heard, Kaiser healthcare workers have announced they will begin a strike on Monday November 15 unless the company negotiates a fair contract with them.

You're invited to join the more than 3,000 nurses and health professionals represented by OFNHP at Portland's Overlook park on November 15 at 2:00 PM (click here for a map) for their strike kick-off rally.

Join OFNHP, American Federation of Teachers (AFT) President Randi Weingarten, and other political and community leaders on the first day of the strike.  Add your voices to theirs as they let our community know why this fight is so important - it's about the future of our healthcare!
